It's easy to VOTE.
Just bubble in your ballot using a pen
Tear off the receipt tab at the bottom and place it in the small inner envelope
Seal and fill out the front of the identification envelope with your Last Name, First Name, Last 4 digits of your social security # (PLEASE do not use your City Employee ID #. Elections will not count your ballot), and your home address.
Remember to SIGN your ballot
Enclose everything in the mailing envelope and seal.
Make sure it is mailed by Monday 4/10 or hand delivered to the Elections Division Office at Piper Tech by Friday 4/14 before 5pm. Late ballots will not be counted!
Check your mailbox for your official LACERS ballot and email Clerk.ElectionAdmin@lacity.org to request a replacement ballot if you don't receive one by Monday 4/3!
